The Pivotal Story

Pivotal was founded in 2002 by Steven Edelman. Steven started off his career in the tech world as a COBOL programmer. Feeling the desire to switch professions, but make use of his technical background, he then left his job as a programmer and went on to work for several different IT/Technology recruiting firms. That is where he found his newfound passion for staffing, spending years in the industry and becoming a managing partner at his previous firm. Looking to have a larger impact on the staffing industry, he then went on to found Pivotal Solutions in July of 2002. Today, we're a national staffing firm with offices all across the US and a team of 20+ nationally. Our roots are grounded in the passion that built this company from the bottom up.
